Depending on the proof of purchase, the sales receipt or invoice the other hand distinguishes two types of customers NV Concept , being the consumer (in case of a bill of sale) and the professional customer (in case of an invoice).

Both are also in the terms and conditions referred to as the buyer, where there is no distinction between them.
In case there is a difference occurs, the consumer referred to as the private and professional customer and the professional.

 

The consumer has the right to Concept SA announce that he abandons the purchase without penalty and without giving a reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product.

 

The goods must be returned in original clean condition and in original packaging, having no signs of use (scratches, stains, damage, etc).
Also, the product is not "tailored" for the consumer ordered, or personal in nature nor explicitly and specially ordered for the consumer (products for which no stock is kept, can be seen on the website).

The delivery terms are specified according to information made available by our suppliers. By exceeding the unreasonable delivery deadlines, the customer can terminate the purchase contract in writing without any cost.

Complaints must be made on delivery by registered mail within eight days after the delivery date.

Deliveries are payable in each of our sales. For an overview of our sales, we refer to the section ‘information’  about us 

 The delivered merchandise remains the property of NV ConSept, as long as the full price (principal, interest and costs) are not paid.

Failure to pay by the due date without notice, there is an interest of ten percent from the date of the invoice.

Moreover, without notice, the outstanding invoice amount plus ten percent, with a minimum of thirty-five euros as indemnification for legal fees and non-contractual damages, without prejudice to other recovery costs.

In case of dispute, only the courts have jurisdiction in Antwerp.
